卡森城

The 建筑部门 is responsible for managing the construction 允许 process.  This process includes general public information, 计划提交, 计划评审, 允许发行, 检查, and document retention.  The 建筑部门 is also charged with the task of assuring that all additional approvals required by the 规划部门, 消防部门, 工程部门, 卫生部门, and Environmental Control are obtained prior to the issuance of both a building permit and receiving final 检查 approval. 

The Development 工程部门 is responsible for site civil engineering 计划评审, 允许, 和检查. Areas of purview may include grading, 风暴排水, 饮用水, 再生水, 卫生下水道, franchised utilities (gas, 权力, 通信), 大街上的改进, 抑制 & gutter, sidewalks, parking lot paving, striping and signage.

The 规划部门 coordinates land development, current and long-range planning and zoning matters, environmental and historic preservation, and special project-related programs within 卡森城, to a multitude of clients, while achieving a dynamic community balance between competing interests, with a strong commitment to excellence, consistency and accuracy.
